Our Frequently Asked Questions.
Powder coating is an industrial process where a surface is first prepped then covered in a fine powder and baked in a special oven to produce a durable and vibrant finish that will last longer than paint.
Powder coating is more durable than paint and does not chip like paint would. Powder coating also provides a protective barrier on the item and gives the item anti-rust properties that paint just can’t provide. One of the main benefits of powder over paint is that powder coating doesn’t run or drip and you will not see brush or spray marks in the finished item.
There are a lot of items that can be powder coated. These uses spread from industrial purposes to outdoor furniture, customizing firearms, and even custom car parts.
- Custom Fabricated Parts
- Industrial & Machinery
- Outdoor Furniture
- Gates & Fixtures
- Tools
- Sports Equipment
- Wheels & Car Parts
- Coolers & Tumblers
- Guttering & Downspouts
We can powder coat parts of a car like the wheels or engine components, but unfortunately, it is impossible to powder coat the full body of a car. An oven is essential to the coating process, and it would melt the plastic interiors. If you were to completely strip the car down to the frame, we would be able to powder coat it. However, we do not offer this teardown process in house.
Our pricing is based on the size of the item and how long it will take to complete. For a more accurate price quote, please fill our out free quote form or call us.
